Perugu Pachadi * Raitha * Onion Yogurt

Ingredients
Vullipaya (Pyaz, Onion) : 1
Pachimirapakaya (Hari mirch, Green Chillies) : 2
Perugu (Dahi, Curd) : 1 bowl
Uppu (Namak, Salt) : 1/2 tsp
Kothimeera (Kothimir, Corriandar Leaves)
Procedure
Step 1 : Cut onions and chillies into small pieces
Step 2 : Now mash the onions with hand by adding 1/2 tsp salt, a pinch of sugar, 1/4 tsp Jeelakarra (Cumin seeds)
Step 3 : Add green chillies, curd to that mixture and mix it well, for more taste add milk cream layer to raitha
Serve it with Coconut rice or Biryani, tastes good :)
