Pachimirapakayalu (Hari Mirch, Green Chillies) : 150 grams

Allam (Adarak, Ginger) : 25 grams

Procedure

Step 1: Preparing the ingredients

Wash the green chillies thoroughly and peel the skin off the ginger. These two ingredients are the key to the chutney's fiery flavor.

Step 2: Frying the ingredients

Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Once hot, add the green chillies, ginger, and curry leaves. Sauté them for about 5 minutes to release their flavors.

While the ingredients are frying, chop the onion into small pieces. This will be blended with the chutney later to add texture.
