Ingredients

Pachimirapakayalu (Hari mirch, Green Chillies) : 150 grams

05 01 Green Chillies

 

Allam (Adarak, Ginger) : 25 grams

Karivepaku (Cudi Patta, Curry Leaves) : 2 stems

02 03 Curry Leaves

 

Vullipaya (Pyaz, onion) : 1

04 04 Onion

 

Vellulli (Lahsun, Garlic) : 1

08 05 Garlic

 

Jeelakarra (jeera, Cumin seeds) : 1 tsp

Chintapandu (Imli, Tamarind) Paste : 2 tsp

Uppu (Namak, Salt) : 1 & 1/2 to 2 tsp

Pasupu (Haldi, Turmeric) : 1/2 tsp

Nune (Thel, Oil) : 2 tsp

Procedure 

Step 1 : Wash green chillies, remove ginger skin

 

Step 2 : Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add green chillies, ginger and Curry leaves

Step 3 : Fry them for 5 min, mean while cut onion into small pieces

Step 4 : Blend fried green chillies and ginger once and now add 2 tsp Tamarind paste, 1 tsp cumin seeds, garlic 1 full, 1&1/2 or 2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Turmeric and blend them

Step 5 : Add onion pieces in to that chutney again blend it.

Now Spicy Chilli Pickle is ready to eat, this item is for people who really love spicy food.
