Aloo Curry For Poori

Ingredients

Onions : 2


Green chillies : 4


Boiled Potatoes : 3

 

Refined oil : 2 table spoons

 

Sanagapindi (Gram flour) : 2 table spoons

 

Water : 1 glass

 

Coriander leaves : A few

 

Curry leaves : 1 Stem

 

Salt : 1 tsp (to your taste)



Procedure:


Step 1 : Cut 2 onions and 4 green chillies into slices

 

Step 2 : Mash the 3 cooked potatoes

 

Step 3 : Now take 2 tsp oil in a pan, heat the oil, add 1/2 tsp (sanaga pappu) roasted gram, 1/2 tsp aavalu (mustard seeds), 1/2 tsp jeelakarra (cumin seeds), 2 red chillies, curry leaves (1 stem)

 

Step 4 : After talimpu add onions slices and chillies, fry till golden brown color and add mashed potato to it


Step 5 : Mean while take 2 table spoons sanaga pindi (gram flour) in a container and add 1 glass of water mix it till there are no lumps

 

Step 6 : After 5 minutes add sanaga pindi mix (gram flour + water) to that curry, keep mixing

 

Step 7 : Let it cook for 5 minutes, wait till it gets medium thickness and add 1 table spoon salt or as per your taste.

 

Yummy potato curry is ready garnish with coriander leaves. Serve it with poori, tastes good :)
