Nuvvula Laddu

1 Bowl measurement: 250 ml
Ingredients
White nuvvulu (Sesame seeds) : 2 bowls
Bellam (Jaggery) : 1 bowl
Procedure
Step 1 : Take 2 bowls sesame seeds (nuvvulu) and fry them for 2 min
Step 2 : Take 1 bowl fully mashed Jaggery (bellam)
Step 3 : Let the sesame seeds cool down, take blender and blend both sesame seeds (nuvvulu) and Jaggery (bellam) at a time for 1 minute
Step 4 : Now make rounds (laddu) with that immediately before the blend hardens
Nuvvula Laddu is ready :)
In this laddu sesame seeds contain calcium and jaggery contains iron. Beside being tasty, it also helps arthritis people.
