Procedure

Step 1: Blend Coconut Pieces into Powder

Step 2: Mix Coconut Powder and Jaggery

Combine 1 cup of coconut powder with 1 cup of mashed Bellam (jaggery) in a cooking pan. Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure that the jaggery evenly coats the coconut powder, creating a smooth and consistent blend.

Step 3: Cook the Mixture Until Thickened
