Ingredients
Mokkajonna ginjalu (Corn) : 1/2 kg
Allam, Pachimirapa (Ginger, Green Chillies) : 25 grams, 8
Biyyam Pindi (Rice Flour) : 100 grams
Jeelakarra (Cumin Seeds) : 2 tsp
Karivepaku (Curry Leaves) : 2 stems
Chopped Onion : 2 medium size
Salt : As per taste
Oil : To Fry
Procedure
Step 1 : Blend 1/2 kg Corn with 2 tsp Cumin Seeds, 25 grams Ginger, 4 green Chillies, 1 stem Curry Leaves, Salt
Step 2 : Add 100 grams Rice flour to the corn paste (Add more rice flour if necessary for thickness)
Step 3 : Add Onions, fry it in round shape in oil till golden brown colour
Step 4 : For more Spicy, add more Onions, Sliced Green Chillies, Sliced Curry Leaves and fry them in Oil
Hot and Crispy Corn Vada is ready to serve as evening snacks :)
