Pomegranate : 1 bowl

Seedless or Seeded Black Grapes : 1 bowl


Step 1 : Make 1 bowl Pomegranate and 1 bowl grapes into Juice in juicer or blender

Step 2 : Take juice from jar and add 1 small cup water in juicer jar, add that water also

Step 3 : Filter the juice in a bowl

Refrigerate for 10 min and serve cool healthy juice

(Add honey if required rather that Sugar)

Note : This juice is good for pregnant woman and kids
