Summer special drink - Butterscotch Mango Juice

Preparation time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients:

Ripened Mango: 1 (Banginapalli)

01 Mango

 

Sugar: 3 Tablespoons

02 Sugar

 

Milk: 2 cups
03 Milk

 

Butterscotch ice cream with nuts: 1 or 2 scoops

04 Icecream



Preparation: 

Step 1: Clean the mango and peel off the skin


Step 2: Cut the mango in to small pieces and take a cup of it

Step 3: Put those mango slices in a blender by adding 3 Tsp sugar and 2 cups boiled and cooled milk

Step 4: Mix 1 cup butterscotch ice cream to the juice in blender

Step 5: Butterscotch Mango Juice is ready. Refrigerate and serve :)
