Introduction

Ingredients

Dry coconut: 1/2 kg

Procedure

Step 1: Frying the Ingredients

Fry red chillies and curry leaves in 1 tablespoon of refined oil until they become crisp and aromatic.

While the fried ingredients cool down, remove the skin from the garlic and cut the dry coconut into small pieces.

Blend the dry coconut pieces in a blender until they turn into a fine powder.

Add putnalu pappu (roasted gram) to the blender and grind it together with the coconut powder until smooth.

Pour the blended mixture into a basin. Blend the fried chillies separately and mix them into the basin along with salt.
