Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 2 minutes per dosa
1 Cup measurement: 200 ml
Course: Breakfast/Snack
Yield: 3-4 Dosa
Main ingredients: Wheat flour



Wheat flour : 1 Cup

Jaggery Water : 1 Cup (lemon size Jaggery is soaked)

Oil : 1 tsp


Step 1 : Add Jaggery water to Wheat FLour, thus the mixture becomes homogeneous (or) Consistency

Step 2 : Consistency of the mixture should be thicker than regular Dosa batter

Step 3 : Pre heat the dosa Tawa, then add 2-3 drops of oil

Step 4 : Pour the batter with spatula (Gunta Garita) and make dosa with medium thickness

Step 5 : Fry dosa in medium flame on both the sides till it turn to deep brown colour (Close lid if required)

Serve Hot or Cold (It can be packed for lunch box too)

It can stored for 2-3 days in closed box.
