Palakura Pakodi

Ingredients
Palakura (Spinach)
Curry leaves
Onions
Green chillies
Sanaga pindi(Gram flour)
Biyapu pindi (Rice flour)
Salt
Jeelakarra (Cumin seeds)
Water
Refined oil
Allam (Ginger)
Procedure
Step 1 : Take 5 grams allam (ginger) and 5 green chillies
Step 2 : Blend ginger and chillies, keep it aside
Step 3 : Cut onions and 4 chillies in to slices
Step 4 : Clean palakura (spinach) in salt water and cut into small pieces
Step 5 : Now take one big bowl or basin and put 1 Bowl sanagapindi (gram flour) and 2 tsp biyapupindi (rice flour)
Step 6 : Add 2 bowls of palakura(spinach), few curry leaves, 1/2 tsp jeelakarra (cumin seeds), ginger chilli paste, 1 bowl sliced onions with 4 sliced chillies, 1 tsp salt, 1 pinch turmeric and soda uppu, mean while heat up 3 bowls oil in baandi or pan
Step 7 : Mix the ingrediants with water to medium thickness
Tip : Its better if water is in less quantity. Lesser the water added, absorbed oil will be lesser
Step 8 : Slowly drop that mixture in to oil till it come to golden brown colour and seperate from oil
Serve hot hot palakura pakodi as a snack :)
